מה ההבדל בין my לבין mine?

mine זה possesive pronoun (יעני כינוי גוף)
my זה יותר כמו possesive article

if this is my dog, it is considered mine.
your hand is white, mine is black.

my בא לפני mine בא אחרי
this is my aplle
this apple is mine
חוץ מזה שmine זה גם מוקש

my בא לפני שם עצם, כמו my chair, my hand...
mine הוא כמו פירוש של המילה שלי, כמו this house is mine

לשניהם יש את אותה משמעות בערך אבל את יכולה לשים אותם בשתי משפטים
its my apple - זה התפוח שלי
