many people ask the question: should governments spend more money on sports facilities and my answer is no for a few reasons.
firstly is the budget, if we spend more money on sports facilities we will have over all less money for other projects and in adittion more government interference leads to more corruption especially in non neccesairy projects which is a big problem.
secondly is the public reaction, recently citizens have been mad on the fact that the governmant spends a lot of money on services which don't benafit the entire populution and if we spend more money people will probably be mad which is a big problem for a peacefull country.
in conclusion i think the government should not spend more money on sports facilities, at least not more than currently

in my opinion i think that governments should spend more money for the several reasons.
firstly, a large part of the population are not fit and some even are over-weight because they don't have an easy option to work out. but if the government builds sport facilities then people would have a cheap and even free way to get fit. for example, a friend of mine felt like he needed a way to get fit but he wasn't able to, but when the government built a basketball court near his house he was able to go there for free every day.
additionally, if governments would build sport facilities that enhance the lifestyle of the citizens, then it will show that the government cares about the people and that will cause a positive connection between the government and it's people.
to sum up, i think that governments should spend more money on sport facilities such as gyms and stadiums because it will help people stay healthier and cause a positive connectivity for the citizens and the government.
