do you speak english? if you do just try talking to her in english and talk to her like you would to a girl who's an english speaker. language shouldn't really be an issue if you speak english

makes sense. just try starting a conversation with her in hebrew and if you see that she wants to keep talking, tell her you feel more comfortable speaking english. then continue the conversation in english

update- tried talking w her today, i stammered and she just waited till i feel comfortable and smile at me, my heart melted but her friend came before i could say a word.
