אני משתמשת ב- lucid dream journal זאת אפליקציה ממש טובה
ויש לי שיטה שהיא כתובה באנגלית ואין לי כוח לתרגם אותה
step 1: achieve lucid dreaming; become aware that you're dreaming. because you are dreaming, you can do essentially anything. everything is under your control! this is good, as your subconscious is less likely to limit you, allowing you to shift easier!

step 2: now that you are aware and your mind believes you can do anything, open a portal in your dream! this can be anything, from a door to a pond.

step 3: say your affirmations and think about your dr. what is your name? how old are you? where do you live? what school do you attend?

step 4: once you are confident in the portal's connection to your dr, step through.
you might experience a falling sensation, bright lights, temperature changes and tingles; perhaps even loud noises. this is your consciousness slipping away from your cr and joining your dr. your consciousness is completely aware of the process so of course it's going to feel a tad chaotic and overwhelming. do not worry. you are safe. keep calm throughout the process and continue your affirmations.
