Help please

Lately I have a complicated relationship with food- I found myself struggling a lot and obsessing over food all day. It makes me feel like I'm not under control of myself, and I know it mess my hormones as well all the swings -overeating, then undereating. That sucks. It all has begun when someone flattered me , saying: you're so skinny . And it was cristyl clear that he evaluate my worth according to my weight. And I'm just terrified to gain some weight and then she will underestimate me or something like that. It made my entire day revolve around calories and the pressure to stay skinny in order to not let her down. I know it's completely untrue but I feel as if I gained the weight she would be "disappointed" of me. What should I do? (Do I have lots of grammar/fluency mistakes ?)

first of all, your grammar is great, just a few small non critical mistakes. as for the struggles, i get you so much. i've been struggling with the same thoughts 24 hourse a day every day for a few years now. if you notice it's still a new experience for you i'd absolutely recommend to go see a therapist over this. it's a dangerous game and the only option is losing.
