לאמא שלי יש יום הולדת היום (בת 50, עשור חמישי כבר...) מה דעתכם על מה שכתבתי לה?

כתבתי לה באנגלית בגלל שהיא גם מורה לאנגלית וגם בגלל שאנחנו אוהבים לכתוב באנגלית בכללי:

Dear Mom, I wish you a happy 50th Birthday. You've passed through a lot of challenges and changes in life, and there are still things left to enjoy and bring the light to. Wish you a lot of confidence towards people you struggle with daily, I also wish you a lot of happiness, because you deserve more than just presents, and you need it more than anybody else, after a lot of patience towards everybody you face with. Thank you for the way you are, it's not always appreciated enough, but this time, I hope it'll be.

הפעם היה לי מאוד חשוב לתת לה מתנה חמודה עם המכתב שכזה, היא תראה את המכתב עוד מעט...
היא תרמה הרבה למשפחה, אז הגיע הזמן שהפעם אני גם אתן לה מתנה.
