i have been asked about at what age should childrens be allowed to have a cellphone
in my opinion childrens should be allowed to have a cellphone at 12 years old.

there are several reasons why:
to begin with i think childrens should be allowed to have a cellphone at 12 years old because this is the age when they become adults and mature.

secondly,i think 12 is a mature enough age to get a cell phone and we adults can limit the phone to things that are not suitable for 12 year olds.

to sum up,i think that childrens should be allowed to have a cellphone at 12 years old because of the reasons i wrote above.
