אשמח ממש לעזרה,יש לי מקלדת אלחוטית והיא פשוט לא מתחברת

יש לי מקלדת של logitech k520 ויש להם אפליקציה שמחברת את המקלדת אוטומטית כעושים on\off ופתאום זה רושם לי ככה: We were not able to pair your device in the time we expected.

מישהו אולי נתקל במשהו כזה ויודע איך לתקן את זה?
