ok so i wish i could help but i don't know much, you need to get a citizenship before everything and then basically figure out where you are going to live and what job you are planning on getting

knowing some hebrew is helpful like basic words like thanks hello how are you etc anyways hope i helped.

i'm pretty sure that all citizens are allowed to join open university. although you still need the money to pay for university. they will accept anyone as long as they pass the test
