basically you can answer to the questions that people ask, and you can ask questions yourself. the website's point is to help people.
there a concept named "flowers", and that's basically how you say thanks. if a person helped you, you can give them a flower. if you helped someone, they'll give you a flower. you can only give 5 flowers per question.
there are rules here, you can read them in the settings. the people that keep the rules can erase questions and answers that break the rules. they're called "נאמנים"
and they can lower your credibility points. i hope that was clear enough. enjoy!
