whose- ש המתייחסת לשייכות של אדם.
לדוגמה: rita is the woman whose car was stolen.
whom- ש שמתייחסת לבני אדם כמילת יחס.
this is the driver about whom i told you.
dana is the friend with whom i do all my homework.
