Wow man, you won't believe how I think completely the opposite way! I actually speak fluent Hebrew, I'm of course thankful for that, but damn I wish I knew how to speak English as well as I speak Hebrew now. I'd literally do anything. I've tried improving my English in so many different ways, and yet I'm still sturggling with it and in fact there are some words even in your comment that were new to me! I completely disagree with you saying that English is the easiest language in the world.
This language is tough, mainly because of its endless vocabulary. There could be literally 4-5 words in English that mean the exact same thing, but each one is used for a different scenario, while in Hebrew, there's only one (two at the worst case) word that is suitable for all of the scenarios, or the majority of them at least.
I hear a lot people saying that Hebrew is a hard language (there's even a famous Hebrew phrase that says it), but for me personally, comparing Hebrew to English is like putting a cat next to a lion. I mean it.
Just to give you some background: I started learning how to read Hebrew when I was 5 years old. Within a month or mabye even a few weeks, I could read an entire children's book in Hebrew all by myself, without having my parents next to me dictating me the letters.
When I started learning in school, I remember that by the end of first grade, I was fluent at reading in Hebrew. It also didn't take me that long to learn how to write in Hebrew.
When I tried to start reading in English, on the other hand, I struggled way more. It took me mabye a year to learn how to read properly in English, and I don't even want to talk about writing. That was a pain in the booty for me. I completely sucked at it back then and in fact I still do (I bet you can even point out some grammar mistakes or misspellings from this comment I just wrote).
